Shipping Policy

3. SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • A signature may be required upon delivery for Overnight and 2nd Day shipments. Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during “Checkout”.

  • If your order only contains G.Q.C Cosmetics Gift Cards, you will not be charged for Standard Shipping.

  • PLEASE NOTE: all purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.


 

4. SHIPPING ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

  • At this time, G.Q.C Cosmetics is unable to ship to more than one address within a single order. Please place a separate order for each designated shipping address and make sure to verify that the address details are accurate to avoid any errors or delays in shipping.


 

5. ELECTRONIC DELIVERY

  • G.Q.C Cosmetics Online eGift Cards are delivered via email. The sender’s name and email address are included for the recipient.


 

6. RULES & RESTRICTIONS

  • Some items sold by G.Q.C Cosmetics Online require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At G.Q.C Cosmetics Online, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you wish to provide a physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.


 

7. FORWARDING

  • G.Q.C Cosmetics Online is not responsible for any damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. G.Q.C Cosmetics Online is not responsible for providing a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to ship product(s) to a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. Damage must be reported prior to the forwarding company accepting the package. Once a package is received by a forwarding company, it is the responsibility of the forwarding company.


 

8. WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS MISSING?

If the tracking information for your package is confirmed delivered, and you are unable to locate the delivered package please:

  1. Check with neighbors and family members

  2. Look around the delivery location

  3. Check for notice of attempted delivery

  4. Contact the carrier directly who can assist further

 

Note: G.Q.C Cosmetics Online monitors claims of lost, missing, wrong and damaged items for abuse. Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, and any damaged, wrong, missing items must be retained (including the shipper). G.Q.C Cosmetics Online reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances.


 

9. ALASKA, HAWAII, OTHER US TERRITORIES

  • Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories, but some restrictions apply as explained in Shipping Restrictions. G.Q.C Cosmetics currently ships to the following U.S. Territories:

    • America Samoa

    • Guam

    • Northern Mariana Islands

    • Puerto Rico

    • S. Virgin Islands

  • Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days. Orders shipped to U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order’s ship date. Overnight and 2nd Day Priority shipping methods are not available for certain locations in Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories.

  • *We regret we are unable to ship to Palau.


 

10. P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESSES

  • Most items may be shipped to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, but some restrictions apply as explained in Shipping Restrictions. G.Q.C Cosmetics currently ships to the following APO/FPO/DPO locations:

    • AA – Armed Forces America

    • AE – Armed Forces Europe

    • AP – Armed Forces Pacific

  • Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days with Standard Shipping.
    APO/FPO/DPO addresses are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order’s ship date. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses cannot be shipped by Overnight or 2nd Day Shipping methods.


 

11. INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS

  • We’re sorry. We are currently unable to accept orders billed or shipped to destinations outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience. To find G.Q.C Cosmetics products near you, please visit our International Store Locator. Additionally, some G.Q.C

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND, ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGE AT THIS TIME. HOWEVER, WE ARE MORE THEN HAPPY TO GIVE YOU 20-40% OFF OF YOUR NEXT PURCHASE
